Poland is probably the only country in the world where the Ministry for Nature Protection supports and defends poisoners and where tons of paper are covered with useless reports, opinions, expert appraisement, etc. Poland is one of the few countries in Europe where lead-free petrol is still more expensive than the ordinary one, and where once most popular banknotes (100 zł) picturing, as a symbol of progress, smoking chimneys were replaced by those (20 000 zł) picturing a nuclear reactor.
